AAA Management is a property management company that manages apartments, commercial buildings, homeowner associations and rental homes in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties for more than seventy clients. AAA also prepares reserve studies for homeowner associations.
AAA Real Estate Loans is a mortgage loan broker that originates first trust deed home loans. Loan escrow services are also provided.
BBB Realtors is a real estate brokerage firm engaged in the sale of homes, commercial properties, apartments and land. BBB also offers commercial leasing services.
BBB Trust Deed Investments is a mortgage loan broker and direct lender. Loans may be secured by rental homes, commercial properties, apartments, subdivisions or land. Loans are also made to homeowner associations. Loan escrow services are provided.
June 1987 to February 1988
Executive Vice President and Chief Loan Officer, CCC Savings Bank
Responsibilities included supervision of the loan production, underwriting, escrow/closing, appraisal and secondary marketing divisions. Loan volume averaged over $20 million per month and consisted of both permanent and construction loans. CCC originated, sold and purchased loans. Developed all policies and procedures for the loan department. Responsible for loan work-outs, foreclosures, property management and sales of REOs.

Senior Vice President and Chief Loan Officer, DDD Savings Bank
Responsibilities included supervision of the loan production, underwriting, escrow/closing, appraisal and secondary marketing divisions. Loan volume averaged over $20 million per month and consisted of both permanent and construction loans. DDD originated, sold and purchased loans. Developed all policies and procedures for the loan department.
October 1983 to December 1986
Senior Vice President, EEE Savings & Loan Association
Formed the major loan department. Responsibilities included supervision of the loan production, underwriting, escrow/closing and appraisal divisions. Approval authority (with one other senior officer) up to $1 million.
Originations averaged $35-40 million per month. Loan sales averaged $30-35 million per month. No REOs or serious delinquencies in 3 ½ years. Types of income property loans included conventional, FHLMC, FNMA and construction. The FHLMC multifamily loan operation was the second highest in production in the eight western states. Responsibility included the delivery of all multifamily loans to FHLMC and FNMA. Worked closely with secondary marketing department to assist in selling conventional loans. Responsible for all participating loans, subdivision loans, joint ventures, the apartment construction division and home loan originations. Developed all policies and procedures for the loan department.
1981 to October 1983
Vice President, FFF Bank
Assignment was to sell REOs of FFF Thrift and Loan Association so the bank subsidiary could be sold. REOs were reduced substantially, paving the way for a successful sale of the subsidiary. Responsibilities included complex workout negotiations, restructuring of debt, completion of construction projects, property management, marketing properties and originating loans to facilitate sales of properties. REOs consisted of apartments, commercial buildings, motels, industrial properties, land, subdivisions and individual homes.
1980 to 1981
Senior Vice President, GGG Bank
Responsibilities consisted of supervising the Real Estate Loan Department. Lending was concentrated on individual home loans, subdivisions, construction loans, condominium conversions, land loans and second trust deed loans on income producing properties. GGG also sold participations and purchased loans from other lenders. Managed and sold all bank owned real estate. Developed all policies and procedures for the real estate loan department.
1979 to 1980
Senior Vice President, HHH Management Company
Accomplished the acquisition and sale of over $100 million of income producing properties over a two-year period. Position required that I work closely with individual and institutional partners.
1975 to 1979
President, The III Trust (NYSE)
Served as President (CEO) and as member of the Board of Trustees for 1 ½ years. Employed in other executive capacities prior to becoming President. Accomplishments included:
Taking the company from a $1.1 million quarterly operating loss to break-even in 15 months.
Effectively settled complex litigation resulting from foreclosures, bankruptcies and warranty claims.
Obtained DRE and subdivision approvals for land parcels in several states.
Sold 1,150 condos (REOs) in California, Nevada, Hawaii, Georgia and Florida. Converted several apartments to condominiums. Formed all homeowner associations.
Completed the construction of 18 partially completed developments that were foreclosed.
Established a property management/asset management subsidiary that took over the management of most company-owned properties located in 19 states. Net operating incomes were substantially increased, thus increasing asset values.

Vice President, JJJ Mortgage Company
Became the highest producing loan officer (loan broker) in the nation for the mortgage subsidiary of JJJ Banks, Inc. (NY) during 1974 and 1975. Loans included both construction and permanent loans.

Assistant Vice President, KKK Advisors
Started as a trainee out of college. Left the company as AVP responsible for construction loan administration and property management for California, Arizona and Washington. KKK Advisors was the advisory company to KKK Mortgage Investors, the largest REIT in the country at the time.
